Field Sales Associate

to help drive new business and strengthen our presence in the community.

What You'll Do

As a Field Sales Associate, you will:

Canvass local neighbourhoods

--primarily where we already have active or past clients--to generate new leads, using the sales training and tools provided. Use our

company software

to accurately log and update information on leads and prospects.

Book quote appointments on the spot

while you're in the field speaking with homeowners. Handle common questions and

address objections

within target areas to uncover service opportunities and show how our offerings match local needs. Respond to client inquiries and

hand out printed marketing materials

to increase brand visibility. Work toward

personal lead and appointment-setting targets

while contributing to team goals. Join

virtual bi-weekly meetings

to review results, receive feedback, and set upcoming targets. Look for

ongoing learning and development opportunities

within the company to continuously improve your skills.
Who We're Looking For

An ideal candidate will have:

Strong

verbal communication skills

and a friendly, approachable personality. Previous experience in

sales or customer service

. The ability to

work independently

in the field while also collaborating effectively with the broader team. Solid

organizational skills

and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. High
