Field Sales Associate to join our team and help drive our continued growth.

As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

Canvassing neighbourhoods where the company has existing business to acquire new leads, through in depth sales training. Navigating company software to input potential client/prospect information. Generating leads and booking quote appointments in the field. Handling common objections present within specified areas to see where the company can assist in filling gaps in the market and provide service. Managing client inquiries and delivering print marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Working towards individual lead/appointment setting goals and contributing to the team's overall goals. Attending virtual bi-weekly meetings to review progress and plan for the upcoming week. Continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development within the company.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

Strong communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality. Proven experience in sales or customer service. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has read the entire job posting prior to applying.
