Job Description
Are you outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about home design? Parkwood Homes is seeking a part-time or full-time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll support our sales team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and help manage the day-to-day operations of our show homes.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist prospective homebuyers in show homes Share information on floorplans, pricing, and community features Support sales team with scheduling, contracts, and follow-up communication Ensure show homes are clean, organized, and stocked with marketing materials Assist with event coordination and occasional social media updates
What You Bring:
Experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is an asset Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude Availability on weekends and some evenings
