Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize technology sales techniques to engage customers and drive sales conversions. Perform merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility of merchandise. Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume. Manage time efficiently while balancing multiple tasks in a busy retail environment. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining inventory and product displays. Basic math skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately.
