Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. Provide detailed product information and styling advice. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Uphold visual merchandising standards. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in retail sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and team player mentality. Passion for fashion and accessories.
