Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated experienced beader with knowledge of our store products, how to use them and the metaphysical properties of stones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Assist customers in selecting products and answering any questions they may have about merchandise. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred. Experience with beading and using store products. Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy retail environment. Ability to sell products confidently while fostering relationships with customers.
