- Managing incoming leads
- Taking calls
- Booking appointments
- Accurately enter information in the CRM program
- Updating client profiles
- Handle client inquires/calls/emails
- Preparing, Updating and Maintaining client profiles
- Insurance experience is an asset but not required, will train right candidate
- Demonstrates commitment to customer service excellence.
- Has knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Self-starter, self-motivated, detail oriented with ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and without supervision.
- Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize work effectively.
- Demonstrates an ability to self-direct and anticipate needs.
- Takes initiative to assist with anything that is needed.
- Must speak Punjabi
- 8 hour shift
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Punjabi (preferred)
