Role Overview:
As a Sales/Distributor, you will play a pivotal role in expanding LOCL Farms market presence and driving revenue growth. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with retailers, restaurants, and markets, and effectively communicating the unique benefits of our hydroponically grown products.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local community and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and product presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune selling strategies.
• Provide feedback to the production team regarding customer preferences and demands.
• Represent LOCL Farms at markets, trade shows, and networking functions.
