The new Moncton store is looking for sales associates join our team!
CLEMENT has been working in the retail trade for children throughout Quebec since 1957. Our expertise is in the innovation of children's fashion as well as the service offered to our customers. We are always on the lookout for new trends and looking for new talent to join our team of over 500 employees.
The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective - creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers as well as offer customers a complete and personalized service.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Advise the customer by answering questions about the products to help them make the best decision and retain them Be aware of the products in store Apply effective sales techniques Make sure that the store is well maintained Use the computer tools available to do research purposes Manage billing and finalize customer service
Requirements
Experience in customer service Computer skills bilingual french and english
