Who we are:

Cigar Chief is Canada's top cigar retailer, proudly Indigenous-owned and operating since 1997. Our retail store is a destination for cigar lovers, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

The Role:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the brand--welcoming customers, answering questions, helping them find what they need, and making sure the store stays clean, stocked, and organized.

What you'll do:

Greet walk-in customers and assist them with purchases Learn and recommend products based on customer needs Keep up with store promotions, specials, and policies Set up and tidy displays to showcase products Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store Process sales using our point-of-sale system Handle returns, exchanges, and adjustments when needed Help receive and unpack new stock

What we're looking for:

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Comfortable using a POS system (training provided) Able to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment Basic PC skills and willingness to learn retail systems Experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus--but not required Knowing how to brew espresso is a major plus--training provided, as we offer coffee to guests Dependable and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
