Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and properly labeled Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising setup Use effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone Knowledge of retail operations including inventory management, time management, and organizational skills
