Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and promoting our products. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to assist customers effectively. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions. Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent organizational skills to maintain store presentation and inventory accuracy. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Experience in technology sales or product demonstrations is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
