Sales Associate

position open at our

Nepean, Ontario

location.

As a Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Flexibility in working various shifts is a requirement.

Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout.

Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.

Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution.

Qualifications for Success:

A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders safely to access elevated areas as needed, and the flexibility to stand for prolonged durations, bend and move with ease to complete job tasks.
