Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced RV Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves selling new and used recreational vehicles, following up with customers through digital channels, and facilitating appointments to close sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for RVs, excellent communication skills, and a knack for leveraging digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them in selecting the right RV. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Customer Follow-Up: Utilize digital platforms for customer follow-ups, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain customer engagement and drive sales closure. Training: Complete monthly online product and sales training to stay updated on industry trends and products. Participate in daily on-site training and role-playing sessions to enhance sales techniques.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in RV sales or a similar automotive sales role. Strong digital marketing skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to customer service and follow-up.
Compensation:

Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
