Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for Retail sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty while maintaining a positive shopping experience .

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Assist customers with the purchasing process, including cashiering and cash handling duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions and inventory management. Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing assistance and knowledge of products. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Keeping the store Clean and organized daily.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, Fashion/beauty/home decor and/or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English. Friendly, outgoing personality is an asset. Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
