Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding. Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products effectively. Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers in both English and other languages as needed. Demonstrate technical sales knowledge by explaining product specifications and functionalities. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to conduct engaging product demos. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
