The Role
We are hiring a full time Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound leads, close new customers, and help grow recurring revenue. This is a phone based role with clear expectations, structured systems, and strong earning potential.

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and wants to be paid based on results.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound phone calls and web leads from homeowners Making outbound follow up calls to new and existing prospects Closing new customers into recurring lawn care programs Following a proven sales process and call framework Accurately updating CRM and customer notes Working closely with marketing and operations teams Hitting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
What Success Looks Like

Consistently hitting close rate and revenue targets High call volume with strong follow up discipline Clean CRM data and accurate customer expectations Positive customer feedback and low cancellation rates
What We're Looking For

1 to 3 years of inside sales or phone based sales experience Experience in home services, call centers, automotive, telecom, or similar is a strong asset Confident on the phone with strong communication skills Comfortable with rejection and follow up Competitive mindset and desire to earn commission Coachable and open to feedback Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Compensation and Benefits

Before you apply, it is important to understand

This is a seasonal role built around performance. April, May, and June are demanding months with long days. Working 6 to 7 days per week during peak season is expected. Due to the nature of the lawn care industry, close to 40 percent of annual commission is usually earned in May alone. This role rewards those who lean in during high volume periods.

If you are looking for a predictable 9 to 5, this position will not be a good match. If you are motivated by challenge, growth, and upside, this may be exactly what you are looking for.

Your day to day responsibilities

Selling premium lawn care programs entirely over the phone
Managing both inbound inquiries and outbound sales calls
Creating quick rapport and confidently guiding customers to a decision
Handling multiple computer systems while actively on calls
Using structured sales processes and scripts effectively
Maintaining accurate notes and records in the CRM
Collaborating with a driven sales team to achieve shared targets
