Not Another Eye Store is looking for a customer focused, style driven Optical Sales Associate to help customers choose frames they love and understand lens options with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, connection, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and learn their style and vision needs Help customers select flattering frames based on face shape and lifestyle Explain frame materials, lens technologies, coatings, and warranties Provide confident and honest styling advice Process POS transactions accurately Upsell premium lenses, accessories, and second pair offers Keep frame displays tidy, clean, and visually appealing Deliver excellent customer service and resolve questions or concerns Manage multiple customers during busy periods Use professional phone and digital communication Assist with inventory, restocking, and tracking popular styles

Skills and Qualities We Value

Strong communication skills (bilingual or multilingual is a plus) Experience in retail or customer service (optical experience is a bonus) Natural sense of style and ability to make frame recommendations Willingness to learn optical products and lens technologies Strong multitasking and organizational skills Basic math skills for POS transactions Friendly, customer first mindset Confident upselling skills while staying genuine and supportive Works well in a fast paced team environment
