Calgary's favourite jewelry store is seeking a seasonal dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team for the Holiday. If you have a flair for fashion, a love for jewelry, and a knack for helping customers find the perfect piece, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Greets customers and makes them feel comfortable creating a great customer experience. Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases. Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences. Locates merchandise for customers and process sales transactions. Introduces promotions and new products to customers. Operates Square POS and handles credit card and debit processing. Handles exchanges. Documents sales by updating customer records. Alerts the management/owners of potential security issues. Maintain operational duties and checklist.

Skills

Self-motivated. Friendly and strong commitment to customer service. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 20 pounds. Basic math and accounting skills. Can work independently.
