Job Overview

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team at Southcentre Mall. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, knows how to make quick sales, and has the technical know-how (or willingness to learn) to repair smartphones and tablets.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising. Up-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent communication skills. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within mall hours.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including up-selling and product demos. 1 year sales experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply too. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with phone etiquette. Ability to work independently.
