Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using Checkmate system, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Upsell products by identifying opportunities to enhance customer purchases. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with CHECKMATE and CAR-PART is advantageous. Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively. Proficient in merchandising techniques and maintaining store displays. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to upselling and enhancing the customer experience. Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
