The ideal candidate will possess a passion for musical instrument sales and have a knack for engaging with customers to understand their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Demonstrate strong upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering processes. Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Provide technical sales support, answering customer inquiries regarding product specifications and usage. Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation of merchandise. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Previous experience in guitar sales or related fields is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering procedures. Ability to learn quickly about new products and technologies. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
