Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team at our soon-to-open 25,000 sq.ft. showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, helping them find the right products to meet their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills

Minimum 1 year experience in Furniture sales REQUIRED. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance effectively. Ability to sell products confidently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers. Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Experience with product demos to effectively showcase merchandise features to customers.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
