We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. A background in technology sales or retail is preferred, along with the ability to perform product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Engage customers with product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising efforts. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels, customer feedback, and sales strategies. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential; experience in technology or technical sales is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as this enhances communication with a diverse customer base. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining store standards and managing inventory. Basic math skills are required for cash handling and transaction processing.
