Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed. Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Proficiency with technology sales is a plus, along with familiarity with POS systems. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
