Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in Rogers / Fido is a Must Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal. Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$28.18 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
