Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Assist customers with merchandising inquiries and ensure product displays are appealing Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system Handle cash and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items Maintain a clean and organized sales floor while adhering to company standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales preferred Proficiency in conducting product demos and providing detailed product knowledge Familiarity with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication techniques

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
