What You'll Do

Deliver excellent in-store customer service and drive sales Educate customers on cannabis products in a compliant, approachable way Greet and verify customers, including ID checks Process POS transactions and handle cash accurately Prepare, verify, and organize click-and-collect and delivery orders Support in-house hybrid delivery operations when scheduled Stock, receive, and verify inventory Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards Follow AGCO regulations, SOPs, and safety policies Share customer feedback with management
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

CannSell certification and clean criminal background check (required)

Retail or hospitality experience preferred Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience (Assets)

Cannabis retail experience Greenline POS experience Delivery experience Comfortable cycling for local delivery support Retail experience in regulated or fast-paced environments
Working Conditions

Fast-paced retail environment Standing for extended periods Frequent multitasking and attention to detail required
