We are looking for future leaders in the cannabis industry to join our team. At Circa 1818 we are socially responsible and customer centric. Our team is recruiting a part-time position. Successful candidates will represent and embody the core values of Circa 1818. We are looking for leaders to promote and build a customer centered experience with a foundation in educating the community on safe and responsible consumption of legal cannabis.

Day-to-Day Roles & Responsibilities:

Providing educated customer service within the regulatory laws and Alcohol and Gaming Commissions of Ontario (AGCO) regulations Verifying guest's identification upon entrance to the dispensary Contributing to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, respect, and professionalism with all team members. Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as set out by the licensee under the guidance of your supervisor Accurately processing payments for guest orders using (Cova - Point of Sale) tablets Completing duties associated with opening and closing the store Maintaining store standards, cleanliness and organization as set out by management Maintaining inventory management and replenishment Escalating customer issues to management

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is self- directed and looking for career development and growth Is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Has strong familiarity with cannabis and the cannabis industry Would like to further their knowledge of cannabis retail and safe community consumption Is able to provide positive customer experiences using educational and safe consumption information to customers and the Circa 1818 team Is available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required Possesses strong communication skills Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills Has basic computer and tablet knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 19 years or older High School Diploma 2 years or more of retail experience preferred Successful candidates must complete a criminal background check in accordance with AGCO regulations Ability to lift 35+ pounds Must have or be able to obtain a valid CannSell Certification

Considered an Asset:

Previous work experience in the cannabis industry Experience using Cova software CannSell Certificate Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week
