We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

Powersports & Tractor Salesperson

to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with purchasing tractors, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and related equipment. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and comfortable educating customers on product features, financing options, and attachments to help them find the right solution for their needs.

Position Overview:

The Powersports & Tractor Salesperson is responsible for driving sales by building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing expert product recommendations. This role involves both in-store and phone/email customer interactions and requires strong product knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Sell tractors, implements, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and related equipment Conduct product walkarounds and demonstrations Explain features, benefits, warranties, and service packages Assist customers with financing, trade-ins, and paperwork Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for repeat business Keep showroom and lot displays clean, organized, and up to date Work with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, or equipment sales is an asset) Strong communication and people skills Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn Valid driver's license
