Job Description

Key Role Responsibilities:

- Make Calls on regular basis - Respond to incoming inquiries from LCD R US customers.- Promote Products to current customers - Keep up to date with new products, services, policies and procedures to ensure consistent messaging to customers.- Inform customers of any discrepancies on orders including back ordered or discontinued items, price changes, product changes, etc- Search for potential new clients - To help Growth of the company to next level.- Respond to EMAIL and telephone requests within service standards- Document customer accounts with steps taken to resolve or escalate issues- Follow-up with customers as needed to ensure all issues are resolved

Highly Desired Experience:

- Understanding of cell phones & tablets- Demonstrates good judgment when making decisions- Able to handle high volumes of work and variety of tasks at one time.

Languages:

Required Experience:

Technical Field Sales / Customer service- Excellent in promoting sales- Excellent customer service- Good oral and written skills in English- Strong analytical and problem solving skills & MS Office skills- Problem solver and manage to take decisions accordingly in demanding situations.

High School or Diploma
