- Make Calls on regular basis - Respond to incoming inquiries from LCD R US customers.- Promote Products to current customers - Keep up to date with new products, services, policies and procedures to ensure consistent messaging to customers.- Inform customers of any discrepancies on orders including back ordered or discontinued items, price changes, product changes, etc- Search for potential new clients - To help Growth of the company to next level.- Respond to EMAIL and telephone requests within service standards- Document customer accounts with steps taken to resolve or escalate issues- Follow-up with customers as needed to ensure all issues are resolved
