Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring an organized and welcoming shopping environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and personalized service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Utilize communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers, including bilingual interactions if applicable Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers during busy periods Uphold phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks as needed

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred Bilingual skills (English and additional languages) are a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions Experience with product demos, upselling, and technical sales is advantageous Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
