Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations. Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed. Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills. Should be able to lift 40lb+ Must be friendly with dogs and customers Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Experience with merchandising techniques and maintaining visual standards in a retail setting. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
