Job Description

Ashia Mode is seeking a sales associate/stylist/sales assistant, in a high-end fashion luxury retail setting which caters to a sophisticated clientele. Qualified candidates must be able to communicate clearly with other staff to assist in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Consistently delivering extraordinary service to all customers

- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

- Being aware of the overall dynamics of the store and anticipating the needs of fellow colleagues and clients

- Assisting senior sales associates to facilitate sales and client relations, which includes: styling assistance, fetching merchandise, steaming clothing, cleaning change rooms, coffee runs, etc..

Requirements:

- Passionate about fashion and of our merchandise so that you can offer thoughtful and creative styling advice

- Must be a highly collaborative individual that can work well with others in a very team-oriented setting, while also having a strong sense of personal initiative with the ability to work independently and without strong supervision

- Able to react to the shifting demands of a fast-paced retail environment, with a high degree of multi-task awareness, and the ability to continuously adjust and adapt priorities appropriately

- Able to adjust to the needs of customers in a highly service-oriented fashion, with the ability to accommodate a schedule that may demand flexibility and unexpected shifts on evenings, weekends, or holidays

- Minimum of two or more years experience in a customer-facing sales or service type role, preferably in a high-end luxury retail environment with sophisticated clientele
