Part Time (5-10 hours per week)

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY:



CP Ancaster will be open 7 days a week Day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday Day shifts Saturday and Sunday

PURPOSE:



The Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting the General Manager with new membership sales, while also providing excellent customer service to current members. This position includes front desk duties, retail support, and maintaining a welcoming, organized environment. Full on-site training and ongoing support will be provided to qualified candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Comfortable and confident communicating in English (both spoken and written). Friendly, positive, and passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with members and guests. At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service. Goal-driven and motivated to achieve membership and private session sales targets. Able to stay organized, multitask, and work calmly under pressure. Comfortable using computers and eager to learn

ClubReady

software. Occasional travel or off-site support may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Support the General Manager throughout the sales process -- including lead generation, scheduling and confirming intro classes, following up with prospects, and closing sales to meet assigned targets. Present membership options to new and potential members in a friendly, informative, and engaging way. Manage retail activities, including promoting and selling studio products and maintaining organized inventory. Assist members with billing inquiries and support overall membership retention efforts. Greet and check in members and guests at the front desk, ensuring every visit starts with a warm welcome. Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to an uplifting member experience through professional, positive communication. Conduct studio tours for prospective members, building rapport and showcasing what makes Club Pilates special. Embody and promote our motto:

-- inspiring others to live healthier, more balanced lives. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to the team's success. Show enthusiasm for learning and growth through continued education, training, or workshops. Understand and follow all studio policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized studio and follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing. Support instructors by setting up equipment and ensuring the studio is ready for classes -- especially preparing for the first morning class the night before. Participate in local and community ("grassroots") events to promote the studio and engage with potential members. CPR and First Aid certification is considered an asset. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the studio.

The physical demands described below represent those typically required for the Sales Associate role. The studio is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions as needed. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Able to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours) during the workday.
