Job Overview and Responsibilities

This is an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual who thrives within a fast-paced fun and rewarding environment The ideal candidate is a business-minded trendsetter who understands todays ever-changing fashion landscape Excellent communication and leadership skills are key- maximizing sales within the guidelines of store policy in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction- developing and maintaining product knowledge of merchandise available in assigned department- adherence to loss prevention and security policies- presenting and image that is consistent with company standard- performing all necessary housekeeping duties- Ensuring visual presentation complies with ALDO Group corporate standards- Providing total customer service- Strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environments

Job Requirements- Experience in Retail or Sales position minimum 1 year- Excellent communication skills in English & French- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
