Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and attractive Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies Support team members with daily operations to ensure smooth store functioning Utilize organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques Experience with upselling strategies to enhance sales performance

Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
