As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers. Utilize effective merchandising techniques to display products attractively and strategically. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell items. Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette and communication standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in English and other languages. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management are required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance effectively. A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs. Pay: $17.75-$28.69 per hour
