Location: Dartmouth Crossing

Established in Halifax, NS in 1996 Samuel & Co., has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its eleven stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty Meet or exceed sales goals through selling and service Maintain store visual standards throughout your shift Create customer awareness of current promotions and new product Be a positive member of the selling team and support fellow co-workers at all levels of the selling process Collaborate with merchandising and visual displays Participate in stock receiving and processing when needed

Requirements include:

Passionate about the retail culture and a strong appreciation for style Excellent selling abilities (previous selling experience considered an asset) Strong communication skills Attention to detail to reduce shrink An upbeat, positive attitude
