Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize Capsule (CRM) to manage new clients, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
