You will be based in our Vancouver branch. In this role As a Sales Assistant, the employee will be responsible for supporting the sales representatives and assisting in managing their caseloads. Have a full understanding of the sales cycle and liaise with clients and referral sources in any manner required by the sales representative. Typically, you will:

• Proactively engage with NSM clients and liaison with therapists to deliver an outstanding service experience.
• Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with therapists and other healthcare professionals for equipment demos, trials, or rentals.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience in customer service for technical items/services.
• 2 years of experience in sales.
• Handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Manage data within the inhouse systems.
