  • BookNet SalesData (40%)
  • Build and run the bi-weekly Bestseller Meeting
  • Generate weekly sales and top title reports for distribution
  • Sales tracking reports
  • Title comparison reports
  • Update metadata in SalesData portal
  • Point of contact for BNC
  • Field Support (25%)
  • Create and maintain seasonal sales rep order forms
  • Create Custom and Seasonal order forms upon request
  • Distribution of materials and reporting for the field
  • General departmental Assistance (25%)
  • Support for catalogues and vendor data
  • Catalogue audits
  • Digital Marketing Reporting (10%)
  • Social media recap and digital marketing recap
  • DRC requests
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in publishing
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Publishing Program Certificate would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Canadian publishing industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a love of books
  • Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and remain cool under pressure
  • Must have excellent phone and computer skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be results driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work product and demonstrate good follow up and follow through
