Job Description
To be successful in this position, you will need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, friendly interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of the financial sector. You\'ll be working closely with our sales team and you\'ll need to be comfortable in a professional setting and able to manage your time effectively. This is an entry-level position, but we expect all of our employees to bring a professional attitude and quick thinking to the job. Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand their needs and interests.
- Use knowledge of product and industry trends to help customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers with completing forms to set up service agreements, either online or over the phone.
- Work with the technical support team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
