Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing outside sales strategies to expand our client base
Engage with potential and existing clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, and presentations
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities
Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services effectively
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments
Strong negotiation and account management skills
Ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies for business growth
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and market trends
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging with diverse client bases
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
