We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant with minimum 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH TELUS and have client base(its important). This role is essential in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer relationships. Job is based in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in various aspects of the sales process, including outside sales, business development, and account management.

Responsibilities



Assist the sales team in developing and executing strategies for B2B sales and business development. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends. Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and nurturing new leads. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. Participate in negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, enhancing outreach efforts.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Familiarity with business development practices and account management strategies. Experience in B2B sales environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to technology sales is a plus. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$44.54 per hour
