What we offer

The GTA Low-rise division is Mattamy\'s largest and most established division, with dominant market share in the residential industry. This division is responsible to develop and build master plan communities spanning across the GTA area in multiple municipalities. What you\'ll do

  • Responsible and accountable for the recruitment and training of both new and existing Sales Assistants as required.
  • Responsible and accountable for preparing, updating, and managing Sales Assistant schedule.
  • Provide input to Sales Operations Manager on Sales Assistant Teams development opportunities to foster growth and development.
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring consistency when implementing best practice procedures in collaboration with other Sales Assistant Supervisor, and Community Sales Assistants.
  • Assist with implementing a unified CRM process.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Community Sales Assistants are notified of all communication from Sales & Marketing team within a reasonable time.
  • Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings, provide feedback and suggestions on current sales processes and responsible for the implementation of new sales process initiatives.
  • Lead weekly/bi-monthly meeting with Community Sales Assistants.
  • Attend pre-opening meetings for new communities/phases.
  • Manage the preparation for new releases.
  • Contribute to a successful sales launch by fully understanding the product and sales process.
  • Attend all community sales launches and new releases.
  • Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments and related documents and database entry and files preparation.
  • Ensure sales centre and model homes are maintained as per Mattamy standards
  • Support Manager, Sales Operations as required.
What you bring
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Experience leading a team preferred. (over 3 people)
  • High level of dedication to ensure a positive homebuyer experience.
  • Professional and high level of customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to achieve desired results.
  • Ability to act in a confidential manner by keeping sensitive business and personnel matters private.
  • Supportive mindset to encourage the growth and development of the Sales Assistants Team.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit the highest degree of honesty and professionalism.
  • Setting priorities when receiving multiple tasks from various team members.
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to use technology to enhance sales experiences coupled with experience in MS office and CRM applications.
  • Must have a valid license and access to a vehicle to travel to different Sales Centers across the GTA.
