NOW HIRING: Sales Consultant Assistant - RV, ATV, Motorcycles and Power Equipment LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire, Summerside, Prince Edward Island HOURS: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm. WAGES: $15-$17/hr (based on experience) + performance based incentives
APPLICABLE SKILLS:

• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently
• Must have professional appearance and demeanor
• Provide excellent customer service
• Must have adequate computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases
• Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner
• Experience in sales is helpful but not required

• Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used inventory
• Complete sales training provided by employer and manufacturers
• Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations
• Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
• Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management
• Assist in answering phones and direct calls to appropriate staff/ departments
• Follow up with Salesperson and maintain a detailed sales log of potential customers
• Prepare inventory for test drives, walk throughs demonstrate features and answer any questions
• Ensure sold inventory is prepared in time for customer pick up
• Assist customers in a variety of ways
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• May cross train to perform other duties
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
