We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Sales Assistant to work side-by-side with our New Homes Specialist in the Stony Plain area.
Position Summary
This part-time Sales Assistant role supports the daily operations of our show home and sales process. The successful candidate will help book client appointments, maintain show home presentation, and provide administrative and client support. This position offers a clear growth path into a Sales Executive role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the New Homes Specialist with booking and confirming client appointments.
Ensure the show home is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Greet clients when required and help create a warm, welcoming environment.
Restock marketing materials and maintain sales displays.
Support follow-ups and client communications as directed.
Assist with preparing sales files, documents, and internal forms.
Accurately record client information and traffic in the CRM system.
Communicate effectively with the sales, marketing, and administration teams.
Growth Opportunity
This role is designed as a developmental position. With strong performance, commitment to our HOMES Core Values, and demonstrated sales aptitude, the Sales Assistant may grow into a full-time Sales Executive role within Alquinn Homes.
Qualifications & Availability
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused.
Comfortable working in a team-based environment.
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office; CRM experience an asset).
Availability to work weekends and some evenings.
Previous experience in real estate, sales support, or administration is an asset but not required.
