As a Sales Assistant, you will be an essential part of the team, ensuring smooth operations while providing excellent service to clients. While this is a non-licensed position, you will have the opportunity to advance your career by completing your
General Insurance - Level 1 exam
within
six weeks
of your start date. We will handle your exam registration and cover all associated costs, ensuring that you have the support you need to take the next step in your professional development.
What you will be doing
==========================
Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance quotes for clients, ensuring all data is accurate.
Follow up with clients and agents to ensure that required documentation is received promptly.
Track and manage abeyances, ensuring that missing information is obtained to complete underwriting files.
Assist in preparing applications and documents for Licensed Insurance Agents.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries regarding the status of quotes and outstanding paperwork.
Organize and maintain client files, quotes, and all related documents in an orderly and accurate manner.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
Pull AutoPlus and MVR reports.
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
What you bring to the team

Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality, or call centers) with a focus on providing excellent service.
Willingness to pursue the General Insurance - Level 1 exam
within the first 2 months of employment

Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with insurance software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage and process information accurately and efficiently.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
How you will succeed
