Company NumaCorp specializes in custom software development, management software solutions, business automation, ERP systems, data management and IT consulting. --- We are currently expanding our management and automation software products into markets across Canada and seeking qualified Sales Assistants to join our business development team. The successful candidates will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and demonstrating our products to potential clients and work with other members of the team as part of the business development process. --- Responsibilities Research, prospect and qualify sales opportunities leads with SMBs in markets across Canada. Conduct phone based prospecting and sales development. Conduct discovery interviews and demo presentations with prospective clients. Understand the client\'s problems and suggest solutions based on our product functions, features and services. Answer questions and inquiries while documenting relevant information. Maintain in-depth knowledge and understand of our product\'s benefits, applications and use case scenarios. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs. --- Qualifications Experience in prospecting, lead generation or related sales experience. Knowledge of business processes, workflow, organizational structure and models. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and driven to succeed. Excellent and professional communications and interpersonal skills.
